We are hiring two experienced Landscape Foremen for a premier high-end residential landscape company in the Afton, Minnesota. This isn’t mowing and blowing. You’ll lead your own crew on custom hardscape and softscape installs: natural stone walls, boulder walls, patios, and walkways for clients who expect it done right.

What You’ll Do

- Lead a crew of two on high-end residential hardscape and softscape projects
- Read landscape plans and install everything to custom design specs
- Plan and sequence work a week ahead so materials, equipment, and crew are ready
- Build natural stone walls, boulder walls, patios, and walkways
- Safely run concrete saws, track machines, and skid loaders
- Drive company vehicles and handle routine truck and equipment maintenance
- Load and unload materials and keep job sites safe and clean
- Communicate professionally with homeowners and project managers, and solve problems before they become problems
- Lead out-of-town projects 3.5 to 5.5 hours from the shop with limited day-to-day supervision

What You Bring

- 3+ years in high-end residential landscaping, including leading at least one person
- Strong hardscape and softscape installation background
- Hands-on natural stone and boulder wall experience
- Ability to read a landscape plan and sequence a job a week out
- Clean enough driving record to pass an MVR check (you’ll be driving company vehicles)
- Comfortable with strenuous outdoor work in heat, rain, dust, and cold
- U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident
- Willing to relocate to Minnesota for the season and travel for extended out-of-town projects
