We are seeking hardworking, dependable individuals to join our traveling installation crew based out of Madison, WI. This is a unique opportunity to earn a strong income while seeing the country, with company-paid travel, lodging, and daily meal allowances.

No two projects are the same. You'll work alongside a dedicated team installing industrial tarping systems that protect material stockpiles from weather and contamination for customers throughout the United States.

What You'll Do
• Install and secure large industrial tarps using ropes, straps, anchors, and sandbags
• Lift, carry, and move materials weighing 50–75+ pounds on a regular basis
• Work safely at heights and in a variety of weather conditions
• Perform basic tarp repairs and sewing using portable equipment
• Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and DOT regulations
• Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites
• Represent the company professionally while traveling and working at customer locations

Travel & Schedule
• This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy travel and outdoor work.
• Travel throughout the United States
• Typical travel rotations are 12–14 days at a time
• Flexible schedule based on project demands
• Occasional evening, weekend, and holiday work may be required
• Home time between projects when scheduling allows

What We're Looking For
• Ability to consistently lift and handle 75+ pounds
• Comfortable working outdoors in all seasons and weather conditions
• Comfortable working at heights
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Dependable, self-motivated, and team-oriented
• Ability to problem-solve and adapt in the field
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Reliable transportation to Madison, WI for crew departures
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Preferred Experience
