We are looking for a dependable, part-time maintenance person to help maintain and improve our rental properties in Prescott, Wisconsin.

This would be a great opportunity for a semi-retired handyman, someone with general maintenance or construction experience, or anyone looking for flexible supplemental income.

Responsibilities include:

* Assisting with apartment turnovers and renovations
* Interior painting, trim work, and drywall repairs
* General property maintenance and repairs
* Basic plumbing and electrical repairs (experience helpful)
* Lawn care, landscaping, and property cleanup
* Snow removal using a CAT skid steer with ISO controls

Schedule:

* Approximately 1–2 days per week
* Flexible hours and scheduling
* Occasional additional hours depending on workload
* Anticipated start in December

Qualifications:

* General maintenance or construction experience preferred
* Basic plumbing and electrical knowledge is a plus
* Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
* Skid steer operating experience preferred
* Valid driver’s license preferred
* Must pass a background check
