Position Summary

As the first point of contact for our guests, you'll create a warm, professional, and memorable experience while managing front desk operations. You'll assist with scheduling, guest communication, retail sales, and ensuring the salon runs smoothly each day.

Responsibilities
Welcome every guest with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality.
Answer phone calls, emails, and text messages promptly and courteously.
Schedule, confirm, and manage guest appointments.
Check guests in and out using the salon management system.
Process payments and maintain accurate records.
Educate guests about salon services, products, and promotions.
Keep the reception area clean, organized, and inviting.
Assist the salon team with administrative tasks as needed.
Help create an exceptional guest experience during every visit.

Qualifications
Previous customer service, front desk, receptionist, retail, or hospitality experience preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Comfortable using computers, scheduling software, and point-of-sale systems.
Positive attitude with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
Interest in the beauty, wellness, or salon industry is a plus.

Part-time (15–25 hours per week)
Friday and Saturday availability ideal
