Pay: $19.00–$22.00 per hour

We are seeking a dependable, hardworking caretaker to help keep our apartment complexes and houses clean, safe, and well maintained. This full-time position involves indoor and outdoor work throughout the year.

Responsibilities:

Clean vacant apartments and houses and prepare them for new residents.

Clean common areas in apartment buildings.

Keep grounds around buildings and houses clean and free of trash and debris.

Perform basic maintenance and minor repairs.

Remove snow and ice from sidewalks, entrances, and other designated areas.

Perform lawn care, including mowing, trimming, and general grounds upkeep.

Move and carry heavy items as needed.

Report maintenance concerns and safety issues to management.

Qualifications:

Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.

Strong attention to detail and pride in your work.

Basic knowledge of cleaning, maintenance, and lawn care.

Ability to safely lift, carry, and move heavy items and perform physical duties, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Previous caretaking, cleaning, or maintenance experience preferred.
