My Burger is growing, and we're looking for people who want to grow with us.

We're looking for full-time and part-time team members who take pride in their work, care about people, and want the opportunity to build a career in hospitality. We’re a family-owned burger company based in Minneapolis with 11 locations and a food truck—and we're not stopping there.

FOH & BOH Opportunities

FOH: Cashier and Shift Lead opportunities focused on creating a great guest experience and delivering legendary hospitality.

BOH: Grill, Fry, Shake, and Toppings positions focused on great food, quality, and speed.

We have separate FOH and BOH roles, with cross-training available for team members who want to expand their skills and take on more responsibility.
