SECURITY OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR / QUALIFYING OFFICER //// AND STANDARD SECURITY— DETROIT

Pay: SENIOR QUALIFYING OFFICER $20–$26 per hour, depending on experience.

STANDARD SECURITY- 16.50 -17$ AN HOUR

We are recruiting an experienced security professional to help establish and oversee a Michigan security agency, initially supporting an entertainment and content-production team.

Responsibilities include supervising personnel, scheduling, training, reviewing incident reports, establishing safety procedures, and assisting with the agency licensing process. The selected candidate must be available for active daily oversight and regular hours at our Michigan business location.

QUALIFICATIONS

Applicants must meet at least ONE of the following Michigan qualifying-experience pathways:

• At least four years of employment with a licensed security guard agency, including experience equivalent to four years of full-time supervisory guard work above patrolman rank.

• At least four years of full-time employment as a certified police officer with a qualifying government agency.

• At least three years operating your own security guard business in another state.

• At least two years of full-time qualifying security experience, plus a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in police administration or industrial security from an accredited institution.

• At least two years of active-duty military-police or equivalent service, with the required discharge status and supporting affidavit documenting the required security knowledge.

Applicants must also be at least 21, possess a high school diploma or equivalent, and meet Michigan’s remaining background and licensing requirements.

ALL qualifying experience must be documented and independently verifiable. Provide employer names, exact employment dates, job titles, supervisory duties, and references.

COMPENSATION AND GROWTH

Paid supervisory position with potential for expanded leadership responsibilities. Additional compensation for outside contracts brought to the company may be negotiated separately.
