**Exterior Cleaning Technician / Window Cleaner — $16–$30/hr + Tips**

**Pay:** $16–$30/hour with performance pay + tips
**Hours:** 35–45 hours/week
**Schedule:** Monday–Friday, typically 6–10 hour days starting around 8:00 AM
**Season:** April–December, with opportunities for advancement into year-round positions
**Weekends:** Not required. Optional weekend hours may be available.

Crystal Clear Window Care is growing, and we're looking for another awesome technician to join our team.

This is an active, hands-on job for someone who likes working outside, doesn't want to sit behind a desk all day, and takes pride in doing quality work.

### WHAT YOU'LL DO

You'll typically work on a two-person crew providing residential exterior cleaning services throughout Southeast Michigan.

Our work includes:

• Window cleaning
• Gutter cleaning
• Pressure washing
• Soft washing siding and roofs
• Chandelier cleaning
• Construction cleanup window cleaning
• Holiday/Christmas light installation
• Permanent Smart LED lighting installation

You'll use professional equipment including water-fed window cleaning systems, gutter vacuums, pressure washing equipment, soft-washing systems, and ladders up to 32 feet.

Most of our work is residential, including homes up to approximately 3½ stories.

You'll also interact directly with customers, use our mobile app to manage jobs and collect payments, maintain company vehicles/equipment, and occasionally place yard signs or door hangers near completed jobs.

### COMPENSATION

**Starting base wage: $16/hour**

On top of your base wage, we offer **performance-based pay that can bring total hourly earnings significantly higher based on productivity and performance.**

Technicians can earn **up to approximately $30/hour**, plus customer tips.

### YOU MUST:

• Have a valid driver's license
• Be able to reliably commute to White Lake, MI
• Be comfortable working at heights
• Be physically capable of lifting, carrying, and climbing ladders up to 32 feet
• Be comfortable working outdoors and performing physical work
• Be friendly and professional with customers
• Care about quality and attention to detail
• Be comfortable around animals — many of our customers have pets

Previous window cleaning, gutter cleaning, pressure washing, holiday lighting, construction, roofing, landscaping, or other ladder experience is helpful but **not required for the right person.**
