Roehl Transport announced its second truck driver pay increase this year, a move that will position Roehl's top earning drivers among the highest-paid drivers in the trucking industry.

As a Van Midwest Regional Fleet driver, you’ll haul largely no-touch freight to many of the same locations in the central part of the country.

You will get home weekly - typically for 48 hours. We strive to get you home with a load so you'll know well in advance where you're going when you head back out.

You can add to your income as a Driver Trainer (As of July 2026, Roehl Driver Trainers with at least one year on the job are averaging an extra $10,900 year in trainer pay!) or referring other drivers to Roehl.
