We're Big Bear Express, a 21-truck family-owned flatbed/conestoga fleet. We have more freight coming out of Jackson than we have drivers to haul it.

THE WORK:
- Most loads start at our steel customer in Jackson
- Short and regional: Potterville, Dexter, Wixom, Brighton, Romulus, Livonia
- Live near Jackson and you'll be home many nights during the week, plus weekends. Not every night: some loads run overnight or out of state.

WHAT THESE LOADS PAID IN 2026 (not "up to"):
- Average week: $1,954. Most weeks: $1,500 to $2,000.
- About 575 loaded miles a week. Short miles, real money.
- Example: Jackson to Potterville, 52 miles, pays the driver $294.80
- 25% of gross trucking revenue, plus 50% of detention and TONU
- Paid every Friday, direct deposit
- Every dispatch sheet shows exactly what we were paid for the load. No games.

REQUIREMENTS:
- CDL-A with 2 years of experience
- No more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years
- No SAP
