We’re FIRMA, a family olive oil brand from Tunisia. Our family makes extremely special, organic olive oil, the kind people love the moment they taste it. Our whole job at the market is simple: get people to taste it, tell them what it is, and check them out.

We’re hiring for our booth at the Deer District Holiday Market on the Plaza at Fiserv Forum in Milwaukee this season. Training can start ASAP at our current farmers markets, before the holiday market opens.

What you’ll do:

Invite people passing by to taste our olive oil
Explain the product and our family story so people get curious and stay engaged
Check customers out
Keep your energy up and keep people engaged, all day, every day

Who we’re looking for:

Someone who genuinely loves conversations and doesn’t get drained by them
Someone who can be on their feet for a full outdoor market day and stay upbeat
Someone reliable and hungry to earn. There’s a lot of commission on the table
Hospitality or events experience preferred, but we train you

Pay: $25 per hour, plus commission on every sale. Our best people earn up to $40 an hour. The more people you bring in to taste, the more you make.

Schedule:
Market runs November 23 – December 6, 2026. You arrive 30 minutes before market open and stay 30 minutes after close, every shift.

Thursday, Nov 26 (Thanksgiving) Closed Off

Requirement: You must commit to the full run of the market, every scheduled shift. Training on our current farmers markets can begin immediately, ahead of the holiday season.
