* Closing & Generating Deals: Executing high-converting in-home sales consultations, converting company leads, and initiating local grassroots networking or regional marketing to scale territory revenue.
* Operational Execution: Managing the day-to-day business, handling project scheduling, client communication, and local profitability.
* Building the Local Team: Recruiting, vetting, and managing high-quality, reliable subcontractor installation crews to ensure flawless, high-satisfaction project delivery.
IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE

* Proven track record in high-ticket residential construction or remodeling sales (replacement windows, roofing, or siding experience is highly preferred).
