Help at Home is hiring a Data Entry Specialist!

We are currently seeking an experienced and reliable Data Entry Specialist to provide administrative and payroll support to our Merrillville branch location in Indiana. Work hours for this role are Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM.

Responsibilities

  • Process/submit employee timesheets
  • Process employee vacations, in-services and holiday pay to ensure accurate payments
  • Process and submit monthly Census Billing
  • Audit billing and payroll before submission
  • Run monthly Client Medicaid Eligibility
  • Any other general administrative tasks, as assigned

 

Minimum Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a data entry role
  • Experience with payroll implementation
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, etc.)
  • Professional oral and written communication skills
  • Professional organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
